MEET Jayne

Jayne's 2 day life changing group intensive complex trauma retreat was developed to focus on the use of the grief process to heal past wounds and life's issues, which prevent individuals from moving forward in their lives and achieving their full potential. The process heals the body, mind, and spirit.

Video

"And I think that's true for people with complex trauma and people who are trying to work on it and heal from it, is do you think you are worth healing. Do you think you deserve to heal from all of this past trauma and abuse? Because I do think that will influence what you get out of it. You get out of it what you put in it.
